Return Period: Our policy is valid for 7 days from the date you receive your product. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Quality Assurance: We stand by the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no additional charge.
Made-to-Order Products: As our products are made-to-order, returns or exchanges due to user errors, such as incorrect sizes, designs, or colors, are typically not accepted.
Customization and Variations: Please be informed that our products are customized and manufactured based on market demand. Consequently, they are not always readily available, and advertised images may slightly differ from the actual item in terms of color due to lighting during photo shooting or variations in the monitor’s display. Therefore, we kindly request you to allow for a 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item received.
Refund Exceptions: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delivery delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Replacement Commitment: We are dedicated to providing you with the best products. If your order qualifies for replacement due to a flawed product, poor print quality, or significant deviation from the representation on our site, please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the product you received, including detailed shots. This information will be used to investigate a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

Return Process: Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for a refund to appear.
Unauthorized Returns: Unauthorized returns or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected].
Sale Items: Refunds are applicable only to regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: We only replace items for defects, damages, or faults in production and shipping. For exchanges, email us at [email protected]. If your claim is approved, we will provide a return address.
Evidence for Replacement: Submitting all pieces of evidence to clarify shipping or product errors is crucial to our return/replacement process. Please note that all required pictures must be sent; otherwise, we cannot provide return/replacement items.
Wrong Product Shipped: Send pictures as proof, including the wrong items received and the shipping label.
Size Issue: Provide pictures of the shipping label, measure the size of the product with a ruler, and include a picture of the received product.
Broken/Damaged Items: Send pictures as proof, including the broken item and the shipping label.
Cancellations: If you change your mind about your purchase, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the modification you’d like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made. Cancellations are only eligible within 2 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and cannot be canceled. Please note that a management and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for cancellations.
